ThinkFastToys is the product of over 20 years of toy business experience. In 1986, Stu, one of the founding partners, moved to New Orleans, Louisiana to assume the responsibility and fun of running an existing toy store in the former World’s Fair retail complex. Ten years later, Stu joined William, another toy store veteran, in purchasing that initial store along with another on the Delaware seashore. In fact, it was out of the back-room of the Delaware store that the online business began in 1997. Today the pair manage various business enterprises from real estate to ice cream stores, but it’s the toy business that inspires their creativity and focus. Appropriately for these northern and southern business partners, ThinkFastToys is located at 9 Mason Drive in Selbyville, Delaware, directly on the Mason/Dixon line.

Shipping Information

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $59.99
(Offer applies only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Not applicable for Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping applies to orders over $59.99 after all applicable discounts are removed from total.)

We ship by the most economical method, your order may ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS.  If you need your order by a specific date please choose one of our expedited methods, such as 3Day Select Service and we’ll ship your order by UPS or FedEx.

All items are shipped within two to three business days of ordering.

Remember to allow ample transit time for Ground deliveries. See estimated delivery times on map below.

Rush processing is available for most orders. Rush processing is not an expedited shipping method, it is an indicator for us to process your order quicker than the 2-3 business day standard policy. Order by 2:00pm, EST, Select “Rush Processing” and your order will ship that day. ThinkFastToys.com does not guarantee rush processing for all orders. In the unlikely event we are unable to rush process your order the fee will be refunded. Our maximum liability is the rush processing fee.

For expedited shipping and faster transit times, place your order by 2:00pm, EST, Monday – Friday, choose Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select and we’ll ship your package that day. Be sure to give us a phone number you can be reached at when placing an expedited order. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping are guaranteed to all locations within the Contiguous U.S. Do not include the day your order is shipped as part of the shipping service. For example, if you choose 3 Day Select service on Monday, at 9:00am, your order will ship that day and arrive at its destination the following Thursday. Please note that delays deemed caused by “acts of God” by the shipping service (this is an extremely rare occurrence) may void this guarantee.We provide you with a tracking number and e-mail confirmation on all orders. If you do not receive a tracking number please check your “spam folder” or call us at 877-861-8750.

WE SHIP TO FPO and APO addresses. From the Delivery pull down menu pick APO/FPO USPS. In the city field type FPO or APO, at the state pull down menu choose AA, AE or AP. Shipping costs are the same as Ground (see chart below).

FPO and APO addresses are used by military personnel living on bases throughout the world.

Return Policy

You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of completing your order*. We charge a flat $5.99 per package fee for return shipping. Please call and we will email you a return shipping label. We will refund your credit card, less the $5.99 per package return shipping charge and any original shipping charges, (we do not refund original shipping charges.) The order must have been originally shipped to a continental United States address and the return must be sent from a continental United States address.

* We do not accept returns on special quote or preferred pricing orders.
